For some, this is creating a feeling of suppression, feeling stuck & unmotivated.
Here are a few tips that can help move those stuck feelings through the body & help beat the blues.
Tip#1 MOVE THE BODY
Sitting all day with our negative thoughts and emotions will only drag us down & add insult to injury. Do some exercise, get on the floor and do some stretches or go for a brisk walk. 15 mins can do wonders to help clear our thoughts & emotions.

Meditation is not meant to be complicated. It can be as simple as sitting with your breath for 5-15 mins, especially on days where you feel very depleted.Focusing on the breath and meditating on a scripture/mantra can help recharge the bodies batteries.
