We attract what we think about. We all hear this because it has a resonance of truth to it.

If we are always thinking about how stressed we are at work or at home & we don’t give ourselves the opportunity to work through it, we will keep magnetizing more situations that trigger our stress.

Let’s shift that and next time we get stressed, let’s ask ourself “what am I learning in this situation?”

Let’s look at other ways we can manage our stress.

Moving the body can help process the emotions that are stuck. Our emotions are energies in motion and need to move through the body so we can release them.
Bunge eating when triggered only invites bad bacteria in the body which invites more bad bacteria. Thus begins the spiral of feeling more stressed and negative. Try drinking 2-3 glasses of water next time you feel stressed.


Many have lost that Faith in the Most High. Prayer is speaking with the Lord, meditation is listening to the guidance.

Sometimes we just need to let it out of our system. If you have no one to speak with, write it down to get it out of your mind.

Even if it’s just for 5 mins, going to the bathroom and closing the door, do it.
Relaxation is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.
